• DC53 steel: Basically an improvement of D2 steel and is naturally very tough. This steel provides better protection from chipping and cracking and adds to the better durability of the blade. 
• 15 degree edge that has been vacuum heat treated - protecting the knife from oxidation and decarburization ensuring long lasting quality for a lifetime of tough use.
• Double edge. An extra edge was added to the front  of the blade in case you need to do any precision cutting. 
• A circular ring at the base of the handle, allowing you can easily attach it to any bag, backpack, clothing, campervan, kitchen hook etc.
