• A lot of care went into designing this knife, combing the features of a Santoku and a Gyuto to make this knife perfectly balanced.
• We wanted to make this knife the ultimate all rounder. It has a beautiful handle shaped like an octagon, where it molds flawlessly in your hand.
• The slight bump on the top of the knife gives added control when using the classic pinch grip making all kitchen tasks easy and effortless.
• This blade consists of 73 layers of high-quality Damascus steel with a 10Cr15MoV steel core making it a prized possession for any cook - with the strength of carbon steel and the corrosion resistance of stainless.

We focus on making high-end handmade knives. The natural texture of wood and forged Damascus steel are different from each other. Each knife before shipment has to pass three quality control tests.
